How To | Nutella Brownie

Today I decided to make a Brownie, not just a normal Brownie but a Nutella Brownie.

Okay, no that's a lie!
It's supposed to be a Nutella Brownie but I didn't have Nutella, shame on me... So I used fake Nutella from Le Pain Quotidien...

My Nutella Brownie w/ Le Pain Quotidien Nutella

On second thought using the fake Nutella was a good and better idea. The real Nutella has a very sweet taste, much sweeter than that one of Le Pain Quotidien. And if you don't like your brownie being too sweet, you better use another Nutella than the real one.

As you can see on the picture above, I actually stole the recipe on this site. I saw it passing on Facebook and I knew I had to make it.

So what do you need to make this Nutella Brownie?
 - 1 and a half cup of Nutella
 - 7 teaspoons of Butter (melted)
 - 2 eggs
 - a half cup of sugar
 - 3/4 cup of flour

- The Ingredients

How do you make this delicious Brownie?

You start with preheating the oven on 180 degrees and greasing and flouring a pan.
Then place 14 teaspoons of Nutella in a bain marie (hot water bath to melt or heat up things) and add the melted butter.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with the sugar until the mixture is foamy and clear. Afterwards transfer the Nutella to that bowl and mix it well. Then slowly add flour and mix the dough until it is homogeneous.

Place the dough in the pan and use two teaspoons to form small spheres with the remaining Nutella you have.

Bake the brownie for 25 to 30 minutes. The Brownie is finished when the top of the Brownie has cracked but with a center which is still humid.

You can serve the Nutella Brownie with some vanilla icecream on top.
Enjoy!

PS: Make sure to hide it from your parents. Mine love the cake and they already ate a lot of it!
