Who?

Coucou,

It’s been a really long time since I last posted on my blog, but with things being so busy at work and life in general. I thought it would be a good idea to breathe new life into my blog, as a kind of creative outlet. Like my own online dairy that I enjoy sharing with others.

But who am I again? It’s been five years since I last wrote, so let me refresh your memory.

My name is Julie but you can call me Jules. 

Last year I turned 30 years old. It’s an age at which I always thought I’d be married and expecting my first child—the traditional, well-known “house, garden, baby” lifestyle. 

However, nothing could be further from the truth.

I have been single since a few year nows but I'm not totally alone as I'm a dogmom to Mrs Uget, a 5-year-old black mini schnauzer. We live in our favorite city Ghent. Right now, there’s no other place I’d rather live, except maybe Paris.

Currently I'm working as a sales and marketing coordinator at Trixie, a baby and lifestyle brand with the cutest products. I work with distributors, who are located all over the world. It’s so nice to see where our products end up.

Fashion has always been my passion and the fact that my mom has a fashion store might have something to do with that. Besides fashion, I also love beauty (a lot), travel (favourite thing to do when I'm not working), lifestyle, food (#foodislife but wine too), interior and much more.

Through this blog, I want to share my life—specifically, the latest fashion trends and how I keep up with them, new hotspots I’ve checked out, stories about my travels, and tips if you’re planning your own trips. Long story short, I’ve got tons of new inspiration.
